He is an artisan food producer, charcutier and butcher who has been in the business since 1990. His career has been closely linked to the artisanal production of traditional Andorran and Pyrenean sausages.
He has carried on the family tradition that began in Cap del Carrer, Andorra, in 1984, upholding the recipes and knowledge passed down from generation to generation and preserving the essence of artisanal production and respect for tradition.
The company's work centres on producing traditional sausages and in-house products, combining over three decades of experience with a firm commitment to quality and authenticity.
The workshop is currently located at Borda Cal Jordi in Ransol, where the Andorran charcuterie tradition is kept alive.
